I put the blame for this loss on Brady Quinn.  The Chiefs played good defense today and they rushed for the most yards in NFL history (352) for a losing team.  Quinn completed 10 of 22 passes for 162 yards with 0 TD passes and 2 INTs (one was returned 32-yards for a TD by Colts’ CB Darius Butler).  Jamaal Charles had a game for the ages as he carried the ball 22 times for 226 yards (10.3 ypc) with 1 TD run.  Peyton Hillis had his best game of the season for the Chiefs as he rushed for 101 yards on 15 carries (6.7 ypc) today.  WRs Jon Baldwin (2 rec, 64 yards), Devon Wylie (3 rec, 36 yards) and Dexter McCluster (3 rec, 30 yards) led the way in the passing game for the Chiefs.  The Chiefs finished up with 44 carries for 352 yards (8.0 ypc) and they also completed 10 of 22 passes (45.5%) for 155 yards in this game as they had possession of the ball for 32:20.

The defense played pretty darn well for the Chiefs today.  LB Derrick Johnson (7 tackles, 1 sack and 1 QB hit) and CB Brandon Flowers (4 tackles, 1 sack, 2 tackles for a loss, 1 pass defensed and 1 QB hit) led the way for the Chiefs on D in this game.  The Colts finished up with 90 yards rushing on 26 carries (3.5 ypc) and they also completed 17 of 36 passes (47.2%) for 198 yards in this game.  The Chiefs are now 2-12 on the year.
