The Kansas City Chiefs have fired 65-year old head coach Romeo Crennel.  Crennel led the Chiefs to a 2-14 (12.5%) record, which was good for last place in the AFC West.  He finished up his tenure as the Chiefs’ head coach with a 4-15 (21.1%) record in his two years on the job.  Crennel is now 28-55 (33.7%) in his first six years as an NFL head coach.  Crennel just proved that he is a good coordinator, but a terrible head coach.  He will likely find an assistant coaching job somewhere for 2013, if he wants to keep working.  The Chiefs need to hire the right guy to be the head coach this time around or GM Scott Pioli is going to get fired next.
